It will reflect Fairhope's uncompromising beauty, impeccable local produce, fresh gulf seafood , and award winning breweries. With hand crafted cocktails and a menu inspired by classic southern cooking, Thyme on Section will offer its guest a unique, modern interpretation of traditional southern classics.

When we opened the restaurant in 2010, we wanted to bring the experience we learned from working with two James Beard recognized chefs to Fairhope. It was and still is our goal to highlight the best Gulf seafood and freshest local produce we could find. With the addition of a full bar, we will now be able to showcase some of the wonderful local beverages. As we move downtown we are excited to, not only, expand our vision of what local dining can be, but also continue the art of hand crafting foods, a tradition that our diners have come to expect from us.
Having both grown up along the coast, Rachael and I hope to highlight the wonderful bounties of the coast, reinspire a few Southern classics, and give diners an unforgettable memory of Fairhope, through food. We hope you enjoy.
